At Green Spark, we’re seeking an enthusiastic CCTV Drainage Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers a fantastic point into the world of drainage surveying. You’ll work closely with our experienced engineers, assisting with CCTV inspections of drainage systems and gaining hands-on experience in assessing pipe conditions, identifying defects, and contributing to effective maintenance and repair solutions. What You’ll Do
- Assist in operating CCTV equipment to inspect foul and surface water drainage systems
- Work in line with standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Receive training to use industry-standard software (e.g. WinCan) to help produce reports and condition assessments
- Support in identifying drainage issues such as blockages, structural defects, infiltration, and root ingress
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers to understand survey requirements and data collection methods
- Assist in emergency response situations where drainage issues or flooding occur
- Learn how to complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) with supervision
- Help maintain and check equipment to ensure everything is ready for daily operations
**Full training and certification will be given in confined space entry procedures and work safely as part of a team**
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work flexible hours if required
- An interest in drainage networks and civil works
