Doncaster, 13th April 2026 – SoFlow Service Partners (“SoFlow”) today announces a majority investment in The GreenSpark Group (“GreenSpark”), establishing a new national platform focused on critical environmental services.

Founded in 2010 and with headquarters in Doncaster and a depot in Gateshead, GreenSpark is a leading provider of specialist environmental services to the commercial sector. Protecting Infrastructure. Eliminating Pollution Risk. Delivering Compliance.

Across the UK, commercial and industrial operators, from logistics hubs and manufacturing plants to hospitals and national waste water networks are responsible for managing complex drainage networks, pump systems, and wastewater infrastructure. This challenge is being compounded by ageing assets and increasing regulatory scrutiny. Failures can result in environmental incidents, operational disruption, and financial penalties. Against this backdrop, businesses are increasingly seeking integrated service partners capable of delivering consistent, high-quality, compliance-led solutions across their estates.

GreenSpark is well positioned to capitalise on strong structural tailwinds. The company has quietly built a reputation as a trusted partner to blue-chip customers across sectors including logistics, food production, and facilities management, through the delivery of a holistic services spanning environmental compliance and consulting, drainage inspection and cleaning, pipeline rehabilitation, CCTV surveys, and industrial services.

In Their Own Words

Mike Flanagan, CEO of GreenSpark, commented:

“SoFlow’s investment recognizes the strength of our people and customer relationships. This partnership marks the start of a new phase for GreenSpark building on our 16 year foundation to accelerate growth, expand our national presence to new customers, and further strengthen the high-quality services we deliver to our existing clients around the UK.”

Pete Flanagan, COO of GreenSpark, commented:

“GreenSpark has built its position on quality, delivering structured, compliance-led maintenance in a sector often driven by reactive work. As we looked to our next phase of growth, it became clear through discussions with SoFlow that we share a strong alignment in vision and values, making this a natural partnership. Beyond capital, the strength of the combined team stands out. With this investment, we are well positioned to scale, build a resilient national platform, and continue delivering best-in-class service and long-term value to our customers.”

Sam Horbye and Ollie Horbye, Co-Founders of SoFlow Service Partners, commented:

“The GreenSpark Group represents a compelling platform investment as we build a national champion in environmental services. Following extensive sector evaluation, the business stood out for its technical and operational expertise, unwavering commitment to health and safety, and a genuinely customer-centric culture. We are delighted to be investing alongside Pete and Mike Flanagan as they continue to lead the company and take the business forward; they have the leadership, the energy and the vision to make GreenSpark significantly larger and stronger.”
