Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT systems administration, IT support, or system development.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, networks, cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365), and mobile/tablet device management.
- Confident troubleshooting software, hardware, and system issues.
- Experience managing integrations between systems or databases.
- Good awareness of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to document processes and communicate clearly with non‑technical colleagues.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience or awareness of drainage, environmental services, field‑service management, or similar operational sectors.
- Knowledge of GIS mapping, vehicle tracking, job allocation systems, or environmental compliance software.
- Understanding of ISO standards
- A relevant IT qualification (CompTIA, Microsoft, networking).
