At Green Spark, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for skilled Civils Groundworkers to join our team. We specialise in pollution prevention, drainage, and environmental services for leading blue-chip, multi-site organisations—particularly in contract logistics, warehousing, and facilities management.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Civils Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality civils works, including:
- Excavation and installation/removal of temporary works support
- Drainage and manhole installations
- Tank installations and duct laying
- Backfill and reinstatement
- Maintenance digs and clearing drain blockages
- Construction of minor foundation works
You’ll also be responsible for on-site civils equipment, working flexibly and responsively to solve problems as they arise.
This role involves travel across the country with overnight stays when required, so adaptability is essential.

Essential Qualifications:
- NPORS/CSCS Trained Operator
- NSVQ Plant Operations and Controlled Operations
- EUSR 3, 4, 5
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
